Our approach
We want people to be able to understand our services, explore our ventures and contact us using the tools that work for them. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a design and improvement target.
This is a statement of our approach, not a claim that every page has passed a complete accessibility audit or that the website is certified as fully conformant.
Features available now
- A skip link, structured headings and labeled navigation.
- Keyboard-operable menus and inquiry controls, with focus handling for dialogs.
- Labels and error messages for the inquiry questions.
- A still visual experience when your device requests reduced motion.
- Readable page content and lighter visual fallbacks when advanced graphics are unavailable.
- An email alternative to the inquiry form.
Known limitations and ongoing checks
The landing page includes complex decorative animation. Its visual appearance and interaction can vary by browser and device; essential service information is provided as text.
Recent checks have included keyboard and responsive-browser behavior on Windows. Comprehensive assistive-technology testing and physical Safari/iPhone testing have not yet been completed. External venture websites may have different accessibility support.
If something does not work with your browser, screen reader, magnification or other access needs, please tell us so we can investigate and help you reach the information.
Tell us about an access barrier
Email support@eternalloadstar.com with “Accessibility help” in the subject. If possible, include the page address, what you were trying to do and what happened. Browser or assistive-technology details can help, but you do not need to disclose a disability or medical information.
Tell us a suitable way to reply and whether you need the information in a different format. We will review the issue and discuss an available alternative. This contact is also available if you cannot complete the inquiry form.
