Safeguards in the current website
The website is delivered over HTTPS. Inquiry submissions are checked on the server, limited in size and rate, and stored through parameterized database operations. The public form provides a receipt rather than public access to the saved record.
There is no public inquiry directory or public read endpoint. Authorized administrators access stored submissions through the hosting account. A receipt number is not a password and does not grant access to an inquiry.
These measures reduce risk; they do not guarantee that a website or transmission is completely secure. This page is not a claim of an independent security certification or a substitute for security terms in a client agreement.
Help protect your information
- Send only the information needed to explain your request.
- Keep passwords, payment details, health records and government identifiers out of the inquiry form.
- Contact us before exchanging confidential files or granting access to a business system.
- If a message claiming to be Eternal seems suspicious, verify it through the contact address on this website.
Report a security concern
Email support@eternalloadstar.com with “Security report” in the subject. Include the affected page or feature, a short description, approximate time and safe steps that explain what you observed. Redact personal information and credentials from screenshots.
Do not include exploited data, passwords, live access tokens or sensitive records in the initial report. If more detail is needed, ask us to arrange an appropriate exchange method. We will review the report; this page does not promise a response deadline or bounty payment.
Testing boundaries
This page is a reporting channel, not authorization to test private systems or perform intrusive testing. Obtain written permission before vulnerability scanning, attempting to access another person’s information or testing beyond normal public website use.
Do not disrupt the service, alter or delete data, test our providers without their permission or publish another person’s private information. If you unexpectedly encounter sensitive information, stop and report the location without copying more data.
