We may decline a request or suggest a different scope. No project starts, purchase is made or payment is due merely because you browse this website or send an inquiry.

• Do not impersonate Eternal, misrepresent an affiliation or remove rights notices from copied material.

Our content and your materials

Website text, visual designs, animation, branding and other materials belong to Eternal or their respective rights holders, except where a different license is stated. Viewing the site does not transfer ownership or grant a license to reuse a logo, source code or creative asset. You may share public links and make uses allowed by law. Ask us about other reuse.

You retain rights in the material you submit. You authorize us to use it as reasonably needed to review and respond to your inquiry, subject to the Privacy Policy and any separate agreement. Sending a message does not create a nondisclosure agreement. Agree on confidentiality and a suitable delivery method before sharing confidential project files.

Some visuals, workflow demonstrations and product scenes are illustrative concepts. They do not, by themselves, establish that a product is available, a result was achieved for a client or a third party endorsed us. Availability and development status are described on the relevant page.

A listing does not replace the separate terms for buying a product, using an app, attending training or making any other transaction. This public website does not accept payments or donations.
